They popped out from behind vehicles on the side of the road. The car definitely seemed to be going way too fast for a city street but I honestly don’t think the driver saw the people until it was far too late. When it’s dark and someone is wearing dark clothing your headlights don’t pick them up until you’re damn near past them already. I’ve almost ran over an idiot wearing all black and walking in the middle of the road in my neighborhood and I was going no more than 25mph. Had to swerve at the last second.

There was one guy in the center that was looking directly towards the car coming down the road. He had plenty of time to get out of the way. Looks like possible suicide by him if you ask me.

That's fricked up. Too many cars are going around hitting people. Hopefully that car is sentenced to be squashed at a junkyard.
