I am 100% for the constitution.
Can't wait to see the lawsuits fly when the dust settles.

There was a pastor in Florida arrested then released. I don't believe the Central pastor was arrested, just threatened.

He was issued a summons and figerprinted. (Central pastor)
Like I said, its all a formality and a shot across the bow by the Central Police Dept.
The real story comes tonight.
IF the pastor defies them again and holds service as planned, the story is in how the authorities respond.

The leaders and some citizens of Central are attempting to make a huge mistake. By arresting this pastor they are willingly creating a religious martyr, and this being the Easter season. Don't arrest him ,just have sheriff deputies block off the driveways to the church at the highway, let no one in. Remember Waco?

Deblasio's talking about permanently closing churches that hold services.

the only people that believe this guy is a martyr is his church members.

Every other church has gone to online services without too much trouble. If he defies them, then he is clearly trying to grab attention, and I have no problem with the police blocking access to his church.

Sorry, but this is not a hill to die on. We have fire codes that prevent overcrowding in the name of public safety.
How is this different?
