Btw, in support of YAT and to be fair, he has indeed challenged consensus on occasion; At LEAST as often as when *you* carefully tip-toe within a couple of feet from the typical Dem-reservation position.

Certainly wasn't what I was picturing when I first saw it reported. I pictured doorkickers going in, putting people on their faces, and shooting the dogs. I figured there had to be some bad shite going down for that to happen.
Turns out, that's not what happened. But it's almost like that's what they wanted everyone to think and when that wasn't the reaction they got, they started in on "it wasn't a raid."

They shifted their word usage the minute they noted that the reaction wasn’t what they wanted.

I don't do criminal work, but I admit that I am surprised that the LEOs forced everyone to leave the premises while conducting their search. I would not think that would be allowed, but perhaps BarryB can give us more info on that point, since he was formerly an assistant US attorney.
Were the FBI agents armed? I am sure that they were. In any case, the photos that I have seen show Trump's SS detachment displaying their weapons as well.
