Whats gonna be damning is when the prosecution parades all his Crossfire Hurricane buddies out there Daniel Richman and some others ask them questions and they have to take the Fifth in front of that jury.

I don't think so, at least not specifically. James Rosen, who was at FNC at the same time as Catherine Herridge, was spied on (as well as his parents) were spied on by the Obama admin.
Along with James and Sheryl, so were James Risen of the NYT, Siobhan Gorman of the Baltimore Sun and multiple members of the AP.

Catherine Herridge, John Solomon and a select few others should be running news organizations in this country. This instead of the Cracker Barrel, Bud Light DE&I types.

This is known. He did it to try and prevent anyone accusing him of leaking the draft memos.

Richman resigned his SGE status in February 2017—before Comey’s firing in May 2017.
The Comey leak, which Richman and Comey admitted to managing, occurred after Richman resigned. However, there were several leaks sourced to the FBI prior to Richman's resignation.
If those can be similarly proven to be Comey-Richman affairs, Comey should go down hard.

Hopefully. There's going to be at least a few Comey apologists on the Jury. DOJ is going to have to make it 100% clear, even then, might be a holdout.
