Look into her not so distant past and the illegal bullshite a previous employer put her through and you’ll understand. The woman is the best in the business and has to make a living, she cannot trust any of the major outlets, and for good reason

This is a problem.
Those Grassley questions appear to be specifically set up to give Comey an out..
We know Comey used an intermediary, Columbia Law School professor Daniel Richman, to pass the leaked information to the press.
Yet here are the questions:
1. "Director Comey have you ever been an anonymous source in news reports ..." Richman was the source
2. "Have you ever authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source ..." Richman was not at the FBI
3. "Has any classified information relating to President Trump or his associates been declassified and shared with the media?" The material was not declassified.
Those questions were absurdly worded. How in hell do you not simply ask: "Mr. Comey, did you leak this?" "Mr. Comey, do you know how this leak occurred?" "Mr. Comey, do you know who leaked the information?" ?
There are built in qualifiers in each question Grassley was given to read. "Have you ever been an anonymous source in news reports?" Why qualify "in news reports"? What conceivable non-nefarious purpose is served limiting the second question to "someone else at the FBI"?
It appears to me that whomever fed those questions to Grassley was likely in the game with Comey.

Perhaps that's why the prosecutors' memo to Lindsey Halligan "found no probable cause to charge" the POS. Nor am I saying Comey walks. But this is a moment reminiscent of Clinton's "it all depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is" statement. Technically, the answers Comey gave were correct.
Yet, Comey was obviously deliberately deceitful. That is where this will hinge. Did the POS tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Were I on the jury, I'd say the deceit would qualify as perjury. But the likelihood of a NoVa jury coming in with that finding is slim.

Just asking, but " probable cause to charge"? Based exclusively on those narrowly defined parameters of the questions?
