I would like to know more about the 5th penny tax of someone can explain.


I ended up with a 217 million surplus, but I had to include the 5th penny tax

You're a week or two late to the show on this. We did this when it was first published and most posters came back with a 4-5% surplus.

Meanwhile, at the legislature...

I solved it and added 6.4% in revenue.
Not sure how much that is though...

I reduced deficit by 44 percent

I basically funded all schools prisons and health cut all taxes and closed some positions

I did keep all law enforcement items same

If we are gonna raise taxes, it needs to be raised in places that will affect everyone, and not just working class people. Sales tax, gas tax, etc.
