That is what is so depressing. The clowns that interviewed him for the exit interview and let him complete the 302. These fellas are not reporting to wray, they are half a dozen levels below him, and they have the hubris to do this with no fear of disciplinary action, tells me the culture of corruption is very deep and very blatant.
Course when wray is presented with agents taking bribes and decides they need training on not taking bribes, well the place is too far gone.
