How can we stop him since we don't have a Supermajority?

I'm gonna have to go track it down again... but I'm pretty sure I saw a political expert put a tweet out tonight saying LAGOP may have the right people in place to get a veto-proof majority when it comes to redistricting

I was somewhat close to the redistricting efforts in 2010. Lots of playing with algorithms and GIS to game the system. There were specific legislators that were targeted both positively and negatively.

My colleague that worked on it directly said one of the goals was to create majority minority districts where possible that appeased D's, resulted in a net gain for R's, and marginalized white progressive Democrats.

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out with JBE in a position of power.

More involved than Foster, less than Jindal I'm going to guess.
