can i get a clarification on fords "planned" testimony? is she sworn in under oath or not?

the main sticking point is everyone is assuming she will be testifying "under oath"
yet i havent seen where she has agreed to that part
last i saw was time and date were agreed on but beyond that, the "other" details needed to be worked out such as whether its under sworn oath and subject to questioning and cross examination, or whether she just planned to read a prepared statement.
there are so many germans with this whole shite show it hard to keep track of rumors vs reality of whats actually stated to be facts
anybody got the detailed "facts" about what was and wasnt agreed to by the senate and ford to show up and speak?
yet i havent seen where she has agreed to that part

According to McConnell's speech, it will be under oath. Now, it's up to you to decide if you believe her 'oath' or not.

According to Mitch McConnell, she will be under oath. I doubt she shows up to the hearing, or the Democrats pull some other stunt to delay her appearance.
