Joe Biden's loser son being on a Ukrainian gas company's board and having some BS PE fund involved in China is a problem?

But Trump's son-in-law getting a $2B investment for his PE fund from the Saudis and Trump himself getting $ from the Saudi LIV tour is not a big deal?

Because the trumps would have gotten the deal regardless of their family’s elected position.

Both of those sound problematic to me. Jared Kushner is slimy, but at least he's not a crackhead whore monger.

Well one is a drug addict felon on email chains talking about secretly holding interests for his father, who happens to be a career politician, and one is a typical silver spoon business guy who was heavily involved in his dad's business empire (for better or worse) before he was POTUS

That's one thing. These things are in the normal course of business for Trump's businesses that were built over many years.

Hunter doesn't know shite about the energy business and has no background or qualifications. A blind man can see that that arrangement is pure political grift.

Besides this, who in their right mind would want to do business with a drug addict that has proven to be irresponsible his entire life?

You dumb motherfricker.

How about we just start with Trump being a businessman long before any political career he had. How about Trump's kids and their spouses not being worthless crackheads like Hunter that actually bring value? I could go on, but you aren't worth it, supposed moderate

Because both Trump and his son in law had valid business interests that predated their involvement in government. At least as far as Trump’s net worth is concerned, the smear campaign orchestrated upon him by the Chinese government controlled Uniparty actually caused him to lose net worth.

I’m also not all the way sure how a guy who became a billionaire investing in golf resorts wouldn’t be someone who would start a sports league. Especially when he’s already started one. Didn’t work out so well, but sometimes failure is the best teacher.

Whereas the Chinese and the Ukrainians literally made a crack addict and a dementia patient wealthy so that in exchange we would change our foreign policy.

I can’t believe I even indulged in this.

I can’t believe anyone who thinks a guy who was fricking 12 year olds and smoking crack on video would assume that there was some legitimate basis for the Chinese government to give him millions of dollars.

But Muh Both Sides.

Hunter got his deals while Joe was VP. Trump and Jared’s deals were after Trump was out of office.

This pretty much explains the differences in detail.

So OP please refute what she said.

Trump did business internationally before he was ever in politics. So there is a reasonable expectation he and others connected to his business would continue doing business internationally after leaving office. If Trump had no business history before being president and then suddenly all of these deals start happening, it would be questionable, even more so if he were still president.

Hunter Biden has no history working in the natural gas industry. And the notion that a natural gas company in Ukraine would randomly hire HB to their board out of all other people in the world makes no sense. The same goes for HB's Chinese deals. What does Hunter Biden bring to the table that would make him the primary candidate for these jobs? What business does he run that would make him or any other Bidens such hot commodities? But the fact that his dad just happened to be VPOTUS at the time all of these deals took place is just a coincidence I suppose.

It is an apples and oranges comparison.
