To put the swamp and deep state into perspective for you:

Trump is the first person in over 3 decades to do two things:

1. Win the presidency without being a career politician and by defeating the penultimate career politician

2. Speak honestly without fluff and bullshite and keep his promises.

Trump literally proved a business man with no political experience is better in every way than a polished career politician.

He's threatening to destroy the hold they have on government.

People in power will fight to keep their power more than they will fight for their own kids.

The wool has been over our eyes far too long.

Behind closed door in DC you couldn't tell 99% of them apart regardless of what letter is behind their name. They're all working together for one goal : maintain the two party career politician power hold over the American government in order to line their own pockets and feed their greed.

This isn't a conspiracy theory. It isn't even hidden. They count on voter apathy, ignorance, and cognative dissonance. A complicit media is what allows them to do this.

Trump used social media and grass roots campaigning to subvert their time honored process of fricking the American public behind the guise of partisan window dressing.

Though many people have lost all faith and trust in media, there are still millions who treat the news as gospel. Lots of people actually believe all of the accusations and attacks. Mixed with them are partisan zealots who have been on the attack since election day.

tl;dr he's got the wrong letter next to his name.

They would have just as much vitriol toward President Cruz. But it wouldn't be the same with Jeb. He'd get it dialed back to the levels of hatred for Bush I and II.
The difference is demeanor. The Bushes tried to get along. Trump is in your face and it drives them nuts.
Trump is also the wittiest damn President in my lifetime and I go back to Ike. That drives the left mad because they don't like being made fun of.

Every achievement is a failure of and ruins the prestige of muh institutions.

The true believers hate you. They hate your family, your way of life, your religion and everything about you. They want to continue grinding us all to dust like they were before. They thought they had reached the point of permanent control of the executive and judicial branches, but found themselves on the wrong side of history.

They cannot accept they are wrong, but also cannot reconcile reality not matching up with their imagination. The cognitive dissonance is unbearable to them.

The deep state want to enjoy the sinecures and bribes they receive in exchange for destroying Americans, while using the money they make from their grift to avoid any of the negative consequences ever affecting them or their immediate family.

Both believe that if they can somehow just get drumpf, everything will magically go back to like it used to be, but it won’t.

Simple...Trump having an extraordinarily good 8 yrs as President, and filling the SCOTUS with possibly 3, young Conservative Justices, would fundamentally change what the PC world has struggled to attain. The Democrats would also be very unlikely to win the 2024 election cycle.

It’s all the side deals they have cut that he has cut the funding to, are you fricking blind. Politicians have been robbing the taxpayers for decades and he is exposing it.

Economy is not properly regulated to death in Dems mind.
Illegals immigrants have lost out on the catch and release and get on the government program pipeline they had going on.

But it's more.
Judges who believe in the Constitution are being placed in the courts so there may be a reversal of the judicial activism being done by judges.

And having not one class lose rights is the wrong way to look at things. They have not been granted more tights and even privileges.

So lots of reasons why the left hates him. Not there least of which are that his policies are actually working and actually helping America. We are no longer supporting the whole world. Drives them all crazy.
