I paid for it and didn’t get a penny. Still paying
Mortgage $2,500
Tuition for 3 $1,800.00
2 car notes $1,000.00 combined
Electricity $250.00 - $300 per month
Water 80.00
Cox communications $220.0@
Car insurance $625 for both of us
AT&T cell phones $220.00 for both of us

And all the other bull shite. Expensive to live in BR

Yeah downsize the house, don't buy 2 brand new cars, cut the cable for streaming, etc. I don't feel bad for anyone where they're overpaying in every aspect.

Depends on how you look at it. I for one will get a new car as long as I can swing it every 5 years. They start falling apart anyhow these days after that.
