I’ve already started playing with how I’m going to use the Kav nomination in jury selection. This might finally be the way to convince some red blooded southern conservatives that not everyone who makes a criminal accusation should be considered credible unless proven otherwise.

That's what I don't understand... I was sexually assaulted at work before. I remember his name, where we were, what I was wearing, how we were standing, the words I said to him while and afterwards. This was nearly 20 years ago... And my claim would be harder to prove because there were no other people around. She has multiple "witnesses" she could lean on for corroboration.
