ACRU’s research revealed that in Broward County, Florida, there was an
implausibly high number of names on the County’s voter rolls relative to the number
of voting-age residents in the County—in fact, the data showed voter registrations
at approximately 100 percent of the County’s voting-age population, which is far
above the national average. See Doc. 217-9 at 5. An expert analysis showed this
unrealistic 100 percent registration rate persisted through 2010, 2012, and 2014. Id.
at 6-7. This data from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission and the U.S. Census
Bureau (in its American Community Survey) is the “gold standard” used as the basis
for many federal programs that consider population.

If you're right of Marx, there is no point in living in Broward. I wonder what that county would look like if all the righties moved out. Sure, there's some rich leftists down there I suppose. Let them pay the welfare checks.

We were well aware they’d try it again this go round. Trap was set and they took the bait. God these people are stupid

In fairness, it's registration, not turnout. Probably never got around to people who died or moved away. Which leaves the door open for fraud, but isn't fraud by itself.

They need to adjust their data to account for the incredible health of the local residents.

The life expectancy of a Broward Co Democrat is approximately 127 years. Some live to over 150 years old, and are active voters up until their last days.

It’s how they commit fraud

It gives them room to add ballots.

Also, this is exactly what they do in places like Chechnya.

Federal Judge rules in favor of Broward elections office Snipes in voter fraud lawsuit

Sun Sentinal
quote:

A federal judge Friday cleared Broward Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes in a lawsuit that accused her office of facilitating voter fraud.

U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom concluded that Snipes had a program in place “that makes a reasonable effort to remove the names of ineligible voters from the official lists of eligible voters by reason of death or change of address.”

You may want to read the entire article.

Just because an Obama judge ignored the evidence and ruled in favor of Snipes doesn't mean the facts are wrong.

The ACRU doc in the OP link is the appeal filed in August. This is far from over.

So basically it is a process.

1) Check the roles for people that are unregistered and will not show up at the polls.

2) Illegally register those names.

3) Make a list of those names and prepare absentee and provisional ballots with those names.

4) Vote those ballots 75% Democrat-25% Republican (for appearances)

5) Let the vote total come in.

6) Go to secret storage locker and bring in the number of votes that you need to cover the distance.
