It is a weird situation with the law but there really isn't a criminal statute that explicitly defines what a "domestic terrorist group" is compared "international terrorist group" which as a statutory definition. There are most definitely statutory definition of what a "domestic terror act" constitutes but nothing way to define who commits them, probably because nobody can agree how to define one. I would bet RICO pretty much covers any group that would be considered a "domestic terrorist group" so trying to draft a law would likely be redundant and a complete shite show between the aisles to pick a definition.

It has significant probable cause and 4th amendment implications. And that's even without the Patriot Act. And there is always the permissive environment for the intel agencies for this designation.

Didn't stop the Biden administration, the Clintons, the political left and the mainstream media from labeling the MAGA/America First movement as "domestic terrorists" for years.

And the only time the Right actually acted up and broke character was on J6 (and even then, that was mostly left-wing agitators and anqueefers masquerading as MAGA). The anqueefers have been showing their arse for a full generation. They murder, burn, destroy and cause physical harm. Ask Andy Ngo. They've taken over entire areas of cities before (remember CHAZ/CHOP?).

If there ever was a domestic terrorist group in our lifetime, the anqueefers are definitely it. Well, the anqueefers and Congress.

I don't care if they're "formally" designated as terrorists or not. Just make it known that they are indeed domestic terrorists and that's a start. Make Establishment Dims defend them, because you know they're going to. Get it all on record. It's going to be funny to see the pivot from anqueefa being "just an idea" to "just a group of peaceful demonstrators".
