Can anybody find an actual news source reporting this?

I'd like to move on PredictIt as a result of this but can't find confirmation anywhere.

From twitter responses

"I voted absentee last Friday straight Republican ticket.
I live in mostly Puerto Rican neighborhood and all the ones I talk to are pro Trump. I am just encouraging them to vote."

Conservatives need to talk to as many folks as possible, don't underestimate how many voters can be swayed to vote R.

Further down in the comments the Tweet author says his source is his company (or the one he works for). He probably works for a company similar to ESS (or other Private Sector Election Companies)
