Now it continues in court

What this basically meant was Flynn’s attempt to end case sooner failed

In the end, Sullivan will agree to drop the charges

They have lost their minds. So they think it's OK to let SULLIVAN's lackey prosecute this thing?

If this isn't resolved by the election, Trump will pardon him, win or lose.

Possibly the single most corrupt action I have ever seen from a "court of law".

Disgusting.

It means we will hear every twist and angle that Flynn deserves jail. They will word it where the average person will think he is already going to jail

8-2 decision. That's pretty strong. I can't imagine the Supreme Court would touch this case because it doesn't present a compelling national or constitutional issue, but who knows.

Trump should pardon him and after the election make him head of the CIA.

on what frickin grounds can they deny it, simply because a grand jury voted to indict him based on lies and false narratives

even the prosecuters are saying there is no evidence and so they cannot prosecute

It's settled then....Judges can do whatever the fukc they want. Hell, why don't judges just start walking to people's homes with warrants and change them with whatever they feel like since decorum and process doesn't matter to them.

Withholding exculpatory evidence isn't a constitutional issue?

You are misunderstanding the case

This was not about the merits of the case

You do realize Flynn’s charges will be dropped eventually, right?

Not really given the political nature of the case.

You really dont think that a judge taking on the role as prosecutor is a compelling constitutional issue?

The Politburo thought the same

Sullivan received his marching orders from Obama on this matter quite awhile ago.
