Between October 15th and October 31st, there will either be a vague preliminary fIndings report released by the Special Counsel or a leak of their findings.

The Mueller team has been pretty leak-proof so far. Some sort of preliminary conclusion about obstruction or money laundering is possible. It might depend on how the Manafort trial goes.
I'm thinking it will come out either before October or after the election, not in just in front of the election.
