It's true he often doesn't send out his first tweet until well after noon whereas TRUMP was usually up and tweeting before I even got out of bed.

The thing is...he does tweet mean things. He started the Atlanta election laws were Jim Crowed racist crap.
While I was clicking on the OP link a MSNBC video popped up and they were saying, Re; the Atl. election laws: muh Jim Crow Voter ID election laws are bad.
They don't provide snacks and water ...
