re: Black vs White Juries - conviction rates and race

Let's dig deeper.
What crimes are we comparing?
I believe it's harder to convict on murder vs. something like child porn or meth dealing.
Are we only stating stats of all white vs.all black juries?
I watched the OJ trial, so I'm fully aware of racial biases, but there are just more circumstances that need mention

Whites have been the subject of a 60 year psychological experiment to convince them they are the problem. Minorities simply by association developed this ideology as well.

Trump, despite his numerous political flaws, has shown the media and the intelligence community is a broken corrupt illegitimate enterprise. By doing so, coupled with social media platforms like X and rumble, whites no longer buy into the bullshite narrative they spent over a half a century building.

Once the boomer con Ted Koppel, Dan Rather contingency, fully leaves this earth, a new generation is coming, and the next 60 years are going to be the most painful rubber band snapback we’ve seen since our divorce from the crown.

None of this is a surprise to anyone that pays attention.

I have sat on 2 jury trials in my life. Both involved black defendants and the black women on the jury refuse to convict a black male. One was a drug bust with NOPD as the primary witness and the other involved white victims as eyewitneses.

I would bet the results may be different with a black victim, but yeah black jurors don't trust whites or police.

They preached jury nullification during the OJ trial.

I served on a murder trial in Cook County Illinois that involved the murder of a black thug gangbanger by another black thug gangbanger. I had a similar experience. There were two black women on the jury that refused to find him guilty before the judge sent us back. Their reasoning: "what good does it do to lock up a young "black boy"? I shite you not. These lowlifes knew damn well he had shot and killed him (7 times), but had to be instructed by the judge that they couldn't use that (their racism) as a reason. This happened over 25 years ago so I can guarantee he was later released and also murdered.

Institutional racism.
