A huge amount of that is long term conditioning between political propaganda, inferior schooling, and government handouts.
If you don’t learn basic skills and you can get people to pay for your lifestyle, you believe any shite they tell you.

I don't ENTIRELY blame blacks, but they own their share of the fault.

If just 20 percent of the black vote would leave the Democrat Party, there would be real change for the better for the black community.

Not true. Intelligence isn't the issue; education is. The better phrasing here is:
in general black's aren't well educated, because the left ensures this and intends to keep it that way in order to continue receiving their votes one generation after the next.

It's a mindset. Black people have been conditioned to believe this country is against them, and Democrats keep that belief ongoing. Most black people do not vote Republican because they 'just can't'
