This coming from a Bernie Sanders endorsed candidate that doesn't want special interests buying elections.

I assume they are going through a super PAC, so technically is legal but is so called "dark money" that Democrats claim to hate so much.

Medicare for all!

They are hiding Gillum as best they can so he doesn't monkey this up.

The good news is that even if he wins, he won't be able to affect much. He's never gonna get the tax hike he wants.

It's amazing that an open socialist is in a dead heat.

WTF is wrong with people.

That article says that he leads early voting. Early voting doesn't start until Oct 22 though.

Stupid people don’t realize what socialism entails, they just get blinded by promises of free shite paid for by “the rich”.

Maybe they're referring to mail-in ballots

Which aren't counted until the election. Maybe they mean R ballots returned and D ballots returned. No way to tally what the actual votes are yet though.

Isn't it amazing though? Why is it the extravagantly rich are the ones pushing hardest for socialism, if they're actually going to be the ones getting less money to themselves and paying out an extra 60% or more to the government?

I'm quite sure they're all just staunch humanitarians with no value of personal wealth, that only care about the homeless people on the streets that their chauffeur drives them past on a daily basis, right? The same poor people that the rich socialists spend money for armed security to keep them away, right?

Right. Great people.

I think that is what they're using. In FL you have to specify your political affiliation (unlike TX).

So they're seeing more R's request ballots than D's (and usually the D's have the advantage in this area), most likely there will be minimal cross-over voting.

And also the polling was heavily weighted toward central and south Florida where the D's are the strongest (and under-polled, for obvious reasons, in the R-leaning Florida Panhandle).

I wonder if the MSM will try to repeat 2000 and call the races for Nelson and Gillum when the polls end in the ETZ portion of the state.
