Bill Cassidy with a (R) by his name is ALL that matters to La voters.

Louisiana voters only see Red and the R behind a candidates name. Most never look at their platform, background, history, etc. Like sheep they are led to the precinct and vote for a R. Cassidy is the same today as he was when first elected 6 years ago. It's the La voters that are to be blamed here not Cassidy.
Start vetting candidates better and stop voting blindly along party lines. Support the best candidate not the letter by his name. Now go enjoy another 6 years of your man Cassidy.

Democrats are 99% crap.
Republicans are 95% crap.
Most people take the 95% because it’s less crap.

JBE laughs at your poor analysis.
(And Cassidy is still better than Mary Landrieu, although probably not much.)

Wrong. His whole campaign centered around supporting Trump. He will not be re-elected, assuming he had the balls to run again.

If it’s a choice between voting for a marxist (D) and literally any other candidate, I’m not voting for the (D).
Cassidy had been pretty solid up to now, so his background wasn’t a problem. And he’s still not a marxist, by his actions, so he’s a rat, but still better than any (D).

Could you imagine voting for the current democrat agenda? Nearly all want Medicare for all, a $15 an hour minimum wage, critical race theory, and a gutting of the energy sector.
I’m sorry you have a weak ideology.

One night I was out shooting hogs with my dirt farmer buddy and he made a succinct statement , “Them Democrats and Republicans are both crooked, them Democrats are just ‘crookeder’”
He summed it up pretty accurately, like you did

Which is why honor code has been elected twice.

There was another choice in 2014, Rob Maness. I can never understand why he lost to Cassidy, other than voters have no idea about Cassidy's past

I voted for Mary Landrieu in every election until her last. She put her party above her state with ObamaCare, and she’s the reason we are stuck with that utter abomination that has completely fricked with my own life.
So, I voted for Cassidy. Not bc I liked him, but bc there was no other alternative. frick him worse. He put himself above his state, and worse, due process of law so he could have a starring role in a fricking show trial. That’s what he thinks of my civil liberties. They are disposable if I’m the wrong kind of person.
Bill Cassidy needs to be excommunicated from the Louisiana Republican Party. Right now. If he wants to go hang out with George Stephonopoulis like some conquering hero - let him. But that MF better never try to come back home.

Really? Some vote Clay Higgins and Bill Cassidy,

If I could go back, would I switch my vote? Probably not. It would just mean that the first Dem on the ballot would win and I don’t think we would be represented any better.
It's the La voters that are to be blamed

If you look at policy, the choice to vote R is much easier to swallow considering most Democratic policy centers around letting men use the little girls room and flooding country with cheap, illegal foreign labor which keeps wages down and they also want us to pay for their “free” healthcare.

Honor Code ran against family values Vitter that preferred prostitutes over his family and Phoney Rispone that attacked a better man in Ralph Abraham. Republicans failed to field much better candidates. Its going to happen again in 2024 when AG Jeff Landry, who employs Mexicans over Louisianians and sues reporters seeking public records, becomes the primary Republican candidate for Louisiana governor.

Did you not see the riots?
All of the mayors and governors were Democrats.
The prosecutor who overcharged Rittenhouse is a Democrat.
Wanting to give free healthcare to illegals were Democrats.
Open borders for illegals also Democrats.
How much more evidence do you need before you realize people who vote Democrat are retards whether it's a city, county, state or federal race.

I mean...I'd take him over a Democrat, but I'm pretty sure he's going to get primaried.

Not really.
Here were our choices:
Democratic Party
Wayne Ables
Mary Landrieu, incumbent U.S. Senator
Vallian Senegal
William Waymire, retired Marine
Republican Party
Bill Cassidy, U.S. Representative
Thomas Clements, small business owner, Libertarian who laughably ran for president 2016
Rob Maness, retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, has lost every race he’s been in, became an independent and endorsed Edwards over Respone.
All other parties Libertarian through Independent are jokes since America has been a two party nation since George Washington left office.
So Cassidy was talking the talk, had won his prior races, and walked the walk. While not 100% to my liking, he was a “good” Senator until he decided to jump into the swamp mud with his support for this unconstitutional kangaroo court trial.
