Hey Mr Potato and Dems. Any comments on Apple ridiculous profits? Apple sets their product prices unlike oil which is determined by the market. Why doesn’t Apple make their product more accessible and equitable so no one is left behind?

When everyone else was working on interoperability and standardized equipment, Apple was like “what if we’re just complete douches and build an alternate hardware and software ecosystem but somehow convince everyone that we’re cool?” And like flies to shite, we flocked.

Apple is considered left wing, so they're okay with left wing corporations.

Not to mention their hardware is made with cheap Chinese labor where as oil companies employ lots of blue/white collar jobs here and support industries here in the US.

Apple's prices are determined by the market too. They wouldn't charge $1000 for an iphone if people didn't pay it.

They still have a choice if that’s what they want to charge or not. This also makes their tech unavailable to those of lower income who are victims of white systemic privilege

IIRC the economically challenged can receive a smart phone for free through government programs.
You can't get a job if you don't have a number for a potential employer to reach out to you.
