Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said Thursday that he would use federal power to require Americans to wear face masks in public -- a move that would mark a significant intervention by the federal government and could see considerable pushback from states.

What does that look like, exactly? Who is enforcing that law and prosecuting offenders?

I went to a jewelry store yesterday and they had a sign on the door stating they respect your right to wear a mask, but you have to pull it down and look at the camera before walking through the door.

I don't understand the push back on wearing masks. Be a good human being and try to stop the spread of Rona. It could be the life of a loved one you save.

Sure a mask designed to prevent people from spreading a disease is the same thing as a star designed to mark people as subhuman.
You can make slippery slope arguments but I think these are different slopes.

This is exactly why I am happy Trump did not send the federal government into places like Seattle. That was nothing but bait. Setting the precedent for when they get power back to use the federal government to attack people.
