The problem is the reporter made it about accusations from Ron Johnson and Biden made it about Rudy.
They need to make it about the content of the emails and force Biden to answer if he or his family received any payment.
Otherwise, Biden gets a free pass to attack the messenger and deflect.

I hate them for the lagtime to real reality they cause my geriatric Leftist mother, and my Lib clients..
CNN has them constantly one to two years time, or more, behind actual reality..
I pleaded with all of them about Schweizer's 'Secret Empires' a full two years ago to Leftist Geriatric dismissal..
Even pleaded that it wasn't an R or D issue, but whole corrupt Swamp, both sides of the aisle..and actually biblical in nature.

And as long as the accusations come from a campaign, it will be seen as a campaign smear. That’s the tactic for sure.
Someone outside of the Trump campaign needs to come out and say Biden is likely compromised.
It needs to come from the DOJ. But I doubt Barr will allow the DOJ to weigh in. So it will remain a smear.

the people on Sky News Australia are laughing that Biden had his attorney ask for the hard drive back via e-mail.
