Then the US legal position is that men are men and women are women?
Seems like an HR rep could deny a job to a fake man when the applicant has not properly registered for selective service. It is often a requirement to have done so.
Would be an interesting case of what the government truly classifies such a person as.

So if you could corner one of these people who have been defending these people as being able to give birth and that they are in fact now women, and ask them the question, "why would the Biden administration make them register with the Selective Service?" What kind of deflective answer do you think we would get? Because you know it won't be, "because technically they are still men."
