Beto O’Rourke interview

I’ve never really paid much attention to him or really even watched him seriously, but just saw him do an interview with Chrissy Matthews.

Without regard to what he had to say (he’s a Dim so his position is automatically antithetical to me), his body language/physical mannerisms and verbal cadence is ridiculously annoying.

Honestly, who cares? He is an unemployed congressman. He will not be president. It's doubtful he ever hold another national office.

He would not be the first politician to lose in his home state but still win a higher office.

Doing very well in an opposition state (even with a loss) means he has some appeal. Texas is NOT the United States as a whole. What the Democrats NEED are more candidates who will take back the MOP (Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania). The party has no future going forward if they can't do that.

Think about Trump, he is from New York, a Democratic stronghold for decades. How well do you think he would do in his home state given his conservative positions?
