$10 million will be reallocated from COVID funding for ALL to programs strictly for blacks. Wealth reallocation in full force. By a racist mayor who is a complete failure yet continues to be accepted as a 'leader' in a city that is the capital of murder in the US.

"Without formally acknowledging this detrimental impact, we will never be able to move forward as a city and fully provide our communities with the resources they need to live happy and healthy lives."
