8 are elected same time as state elections

3 are appointed by the governor

Of the 8 elected, 5 ran in 2019 as GOP, 2 as Dem, and 1 appears to have been unopposed so I'm not sure.

A lot of people down here are demanding a virtual school option. A lot.

I've heard rumors about the start delay as well. I'm thinking starting on Friday is 50/50 at best.

I can’t see how they would have the authority even if they disagreed, which they don’t. It would be like a captain overturning an order from a general.
