I am pretty sure it is about child exploitation and tracking it on the internet.
As for organs, I personally think that anyone should be able to sell their organs if they are so inclined but, obviously, infants and children are a different story.

Yes, a huge part of the child trafficking is organ harvesting. They aren't taking a kidney and sending them on their way. They are taking everything and tossing the corpse away. Massive graveyards have been discovered in parts of asia where the bodies get discarded.
Satanism, child sex trafficking, pedo porn, organ harvesting....It is all connected.
Over 43 million slaves currently on this planet and I'm not sure that counts all these dead ones showing up all over the planet.

No way I'd watch that; and I'm no snowflake. That Video of the Mexican Cartel operatives cutting off the women's heads/arms/legs and stacking them like cordwood because of kinfolk who worked for a competing Cartel...did me for life. It's enough for me to know that there is incomprehensible evil out there...whether I see it or not. And it's coming for the good folk...lest we rise up and put them down.

A major leak of information connecting various politicians around the world to offshore bank accounts. That would be a big deal in and of itself because it would suggest a lot of these politicians were trying to avoid taxes they imposed on others, but in some cases, fraud and other illegal behavior was uncovered as well.
