Just wondering what the Board thinks. I'll go on record with a vote that He will employ the old Hillary MO, with an upvote. Any other answer would be legally, highly problematic. Will be interesting; Bannon might earn back some cred.

Also should insist that the Record reflect His assertion that Meuller is Himself legally Conflicted, and that Meuller's whole Investigation is essentially a Partisan 'Witch Hunt'. Just for the record.

I was wondering why they don't take the fifth.

Basically telling Meuller to FO.

Why not just smile and say... I will not answer any questions. The 5th and all...

Maybe he’ll plead the 5th like some of the dems did.

I don’t think he will do that. He will refuse to answer questions though. That’s already been stated. The White House has given him a gag order and his attorney has made that clear. They have stated he would refuse to answer any questions relating to happenings during the transition or after the transition.

Can you imagine the orgasms if he plead the Fifth?

On both sides. Filth and honorable patriots would both cream their little panties.

Bannon refused to answer questions related to his time in the White House and on the transition team during 10 hours of testimony before the panel, according to lawmakers, cabining his responses to his stint on the campaign.

That limitation was at the request of the White House, ranking member Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) told reporters when the interview broke on Tuesday evening.

Bannon's counsel conferred with the White House after the committee issued a subpoena, Schiff said, "and was instructed by the White House to refuse again to answer any questions concerning the time during the transition and his time in the administration."

If one pleads the Fifth, can't they give Immunity, and therefore FORCE answers, which then can be prosecuted as Perjury if any discrepancies are found?

I don't know. Hillary did the "can't recall", and that worked perfectly. And knowing Bannon...that would be a perfect irony. He'd throw one that night!

Word is he will talk to Bob first. But if he pleads EP or the 5th to Bob then all bets are off.

Dude seems to bring chaos wherever he goes, so maybe that’s a real possibility.

Clash of 'Titans', BD. If Bannon speaks to Meuller, cannot ANYTHING He says can be used against Him if proven to be even remotely imperfectly 'untrue'?

I think that’s why he wanted to talk to Bob first. Tell his story and then he can go before Congress.

Bob is out to make up a charge. I don't understand why ANYONE speaks to him. Just sit there and cite the Fifth no matter WHAT Bob says. Period.

They’ll try an interview first but if problems arise there Bannon could find himself in front of a grand jury without his attorney present.

Yeah, this could spin out of control very easily. Surprised we haven’t seen more runblings about firing Bob

Bannon invoked EP and if he is subpoenaed again he will invoke EP again.
