Project Baltimore analyzed recent federal government data and found Baltimore City spends $1,630 per student on administration costs, which amounts to the highest in America when comparing the nation’s 100 largest public school districts.

And these are just some of the results of this excessive spending:

Upon request, we are disguising the teacher's identity. But Fox45 was told, by the teacher, that this type of test with these types of questions are standard for senior level courses at NACA II.

I'd LOVE to know what reading level, etc, the average kid is graduating with after all of this support.

I bet I can guess it would be around New York's where they are breeding idiots. At least they are voting Democrat though. That's all that matters.

They need more black leaders if they want to be #1 in test scores and graduation rates.

If you have a first or second grader, let them have some fun with the questions.

After every election, Democrats put campaign workers in the Dept. of Education as a reward for campaigning. They get a salary, health insurance, and retirement. I know, I used to be in it before I got fed up with it.

They create an arse't curriculum supervisor, then a trainee, then arse't in training, then one in review, then entry level personnel, etc. And they go home on Friday at noon, with MANY training days no where to be found. I know. They man the Democrat phone banks during elections.
