Baby formula shortage, big government responsible

The shortage of baby formula is not a new problem, I remember searches for the product 40 years ago with my kids. Problem is not raw material. Its made mostly out of milk and the dairy sections are stocked full of whole milk products. The problem is not equipment simple process of evaporation and packaging. The problem is low margins and cost of inventory management, and the government wants to manage local supply chains and export controls,WITHOUT BEING ACCOUNTABLE FOR STOCKOUTS.
Capitalism , the business looses profits when there are no products to sell
