Release the affidavit. I won’t hold my breath.
TS but no SAP information on the itemized list?
Didn’t Clinton have Special Access program information and they issued a subpoena that she didn’t comply with and destroyed evidence?
And no reasonable prosecutor would pursue the charges? Isn’t that what Comey said?
This not going to end well for the DOJ
Edit: oh yeah I forgot. HILLARYS special access program information on the server WAS hacked by several foreign adversaries. 1000 times worse than the situation with Trump.
Equal Justice under the law? Crock of shite

Even if you accept their premise that he had some sort of nuclear related documents, which I categorically do not, its established fact that all recent administrations have left with similar classified documents and no effort was made by anyone to retrieve them, much less prosecute those who had them.
If you want anyone to believe this is anything but a witch hunt designed to force Trump out of the 2024 election any prosecution has to be consistent with past actions and this is not.

Even if the shite is classified. This is not half a big of a deal as what Clinton did. And they said they can’t prosecute it.
What’s their play? They don’t have one.
If they thought January 6 was bad they better not try to indict Trump on this. They are going to need the fences back up.

Oh? Please explain how this is different than what Clinton did.
Did they raid her home?
What classified documents was she in possession of?
What are these classified documents Trump has?
How do you know it's not as half a big of a deal?

If Trump or his lawyers did not receive or see a copy of the affidavit, then the DOJ can draw up anything they want on it. That is what I don’t like.

Clinton had SAP on her server in her basement. Nothing is higher than that.
And they said no reasonable prosecutor would pursue charges. Specific intent crime.
So please explain to me why any of this is necessary?
It’s not, this is a political hit job.

Ever see these movies where the embassies of countries about to go to war have white smoke pouring out of the chimneys due to all the documents being burned?
In November of 2024, that’s what the houses in Chappaqua and Martha’s Vineyard will look like if their occupants are smart. The precedent has been set. Trump is gonna go Scorched Earth. It’s personal now.

Exactly. Now we are talking Russian KGB type shite. Forging federal court documents. I think that’s where we are in this country and have been for a while.

Look up Sandy Berger.
Look up Hillary Clinton and her server.
Look up Obama claiming executive privilege for 10 years.

It wasn't SAP if he had already declassified it.

Now they are crying obstruction of Justice and the Espionage Act. Here we go another Russia.
There are two types of people left in this country. The ones that believe the propaganda and the ones who see the crooked bullshite. It’s sickening and getting to the point it really pisses me off.

You’re either uniformed or willfully forgetting that Clinton destroyed subpoenaed evidence and Comey said as much on national television….but then Comey added, no reasonable federal prosecutor would seek charges against a member of the Swamp in good standing

they clearly dont gaf anymore.
shite, they'll keep investigating him long after he announces his candidacy - a "sin" worthy of impeachment just 3 years ago.

The difference here is the President sits atop of declassification. Like Obama’s missing classified documents he never got around returning, he sits above the classified requirements, as he controls everything. Clinton had no authority like that, and that’s why that analogy doesn’t fly here. Trump is above the requirements as he controls declass….

essentially everything a president says and does could be classified. there are millions of documents, emails, etc... that are reviewed, declassed, preserved for presidential libraries, national archives, etc...
from deep-red republican loyalist rag Business Insider:
This is precisely the process Trump was going through, including the FBI document review on behalf of the National Archives in June. The psychopaths are arguing that Obama was somehow different because he used a federal storage facility in Chicago - where his presidential library was to be built- rather than his home in DC, to hold the documents while fleshing through this process. This is a pathetic reach.

Tens of thousands of Obama's documents were transported to Chicago. Federal law requires that presidents and their administrations keep a detailed collection of emails, documents, and even gifts from their time in office since all of those things are actually the property of the American people.
In Obama's case, the National Archives took legal ownership of Obama's documents and then began the long process of sorting through the material before the public could request it years later. Some of this material was then turned over to Obama's presidential library, which is the standard legal process.
