At this point, how confident are you in a Trump victory in 2020

I love the orange mad man, but even when I throw the bias aside, I can’t really imagine a scenario where anybody beats him. Hell with the candidates we have as of now I’m not sure anyone could even come close. Biden seems to be fizzling out and the rest of the serious contenders for the Democratic nomination have fallen so far to the extreme left that I don’t find it possible for any of them to win even a third of the independent vote.

Throwing all political affiliations aside, what do you think the odds are at this point? What are you worried about from your party (dem or republican)?

Right now I’m at
Trump: 80%
Field: 20%

ETA: are there any candidates not yet in the race that you think would have a decent chance vs Trump?

I don’t think any of the current dems can beat him.

...and the Democrats know this. We will witness in 2020 Democrat voter fraud on a level that until then would have been inconceivable.

I’m worried they get desperate enough to convince Michelle to run. She is about the only candidate I’d be scared of

There isn't a democrat candidate currently running who can beat him, hence the full court press on impeachment

Not very.

Hillary was the most reprehensible candidate ever and the blind support of the Dem tribe almost pulled it off.

Now...if they run Warren then he could do because she’s a shrill mad woman with crazy ideas. If they manage to find somebody that appears reasonable then it’ll be close again.

Don’t underestimate the power of the media to control the minds of the weak.

Ehh, now it’s way different. Trump will have 4 years of a pretty successful presidency under his belt this go round.

Trump barely won the swing states in 2016 and he’s lost more independent voters than he’s kept that won him those states. So I’d say not very likely.

The Dems only chance is fraudulent impeachment and removal or election fraud via ballot harvesting in every swing state

It's starting to look like to me that it's going to be Biden.

None of the Dem candidates have shown any desire to go after him on the Ukraine corruption allegations. If they refuse red meat on a silver platter, it's already decided. Basically, they are all hoping to be the VP nominee.

Trump vs Warren would have been a Reagan style rout.

Trump vs Biden will be much closer.

I’m not a Michelle hater, but I don’t even think she’d win the primary

The Dems had a shot a kicking him to the curb by getting closer to center and gaining more of the independent vote, but they continuously move further left.

That's all but guaranteed to happen.

It kills me to say it but as of today, 50/50.

Do you have any proof that shows that? It sounds ridiculous on the surface but maybe I’m mistaken
