Inventor and data analyst Jovan Hutton Pulitzer has a process and the patents surrounding the process where he can identify fraudulent ballots based on the paper used, creases in the paper, the ink on the forms, and other characteristics. Pulitzer can identify fraudulent votes, which will ultimately result in the accurate results of the 2020 election when only valid votes are accounted for.

I think this is more so to identify where the ballots came from.
Were they printed illegally in a foreign country...etc

Well, if you want ridiculous results that no judge would ever recognize as valid, use some unproven method invented by Mr. Cue Cat.

I have done a little internet research on this and I believe the UV light is for the following:
-Makes creases on mail in ballots more visible. If a mail-in ballot doesn't have fold creases it never was placed in an outer envelope and dropped off/mailed. Even if you dropped off your ballot in one of the famous boxes it had to be folded and placed in an outer envelope.
-It is my understanding there are some specific types of paper and ink used in the commercial printing process that have flecks that are visible when placed under UV light. Much different than publicly available copy paper or inks. I'm not saying reports of some type of "special paper" being engineered from the start but just a difference in commercial printing and duplicating methods that are detectable under this type of forensic analysis.
-I hope they are able to conclusively prove what we all know to be true.

I will just be thrilled with the revelation of any serious fraud, manipulation, or tampering. Especially after all the Lib nation has repeatedly denied this again and again. (Like they really know).

Weren't all the mailed out ballots official?? - supplied by the SecState?? = wouldn't they all have the proper provenance of legitimacy?? -- and some of those run there numerous times??
They need to be able to match up each ballot with a real human being that can be identified. === tall order.
Glad to see something being done, but I am pessimistic to the core - unless they can validate the registration base and check off each ballot wrt a legitimately registered citizen.

Going back to primarily Bill and Hillary, who were masters at this chit. Same with Obama , and now this admin.
Commit overtly illegal , immoral acts. Pretend it didn't happen. Delay. Accuse Republicans ( or rivals ) of having done it. Stall. Mock anyone who tries to bring up and question the issue. Deflect. Gets friends in news media and entertainment world to ignore the issue. Delay. Gets said friends to mock and ridicule anyone who tries to bring up the issue. Obfuscate.
Then we get the 'objective' pundits or RINO talking heads who play their part as they pretend 'both sides do it ', and offer up childish ' yeah, but ... ' retorts, as they then try to make this a 'societal ' issue, to further obscure the fact that 'somebody did something...
Bottom line, we can ' discover ' that the election was in deed hacked, Joe cheated, and then .... absolutely nothing will happen. Just like with Comey and Hillary's e-mails, Joe bragging about Ukraine, the tarmac meeting between Bill and Loretta... the brazen cockiness of the Left doing what ever the frick it wants, because they KNOW they'll get away with ____________ ( fill in the blank )

If I was running a ballot stuffing operation, and I controlled the county, I would just order extra ballots from the vendor.
No need to fake anything.
