Biden threw Kamala under the bus by giving her this crisis. He knew it was unsolvable and gave it to her. She's pissed about it. Did you think her answer to the question about why she hasn't been to the border was weird?

They told us years in advance that W and Obama were the future. Rank and file Democrats soundly rejected Narc Harris and they got her in as VP.
