This is my theory: The Democrats only chance of winning is to steal the election. They have concocted a plan with mail in ballots to try and achieve it. Joe Biden has done far less in terms of campaigning than Clinton did. Are The Dems convinced that the system is stacked enough to guarantee that they can pull this off? The Democrats are putting all of their eggs/hopes into this basket of mail in ballots stringing out the election beyond November 3 and setting the scenario of flipping the results. Are they convinced that the infrastructure that exists in Washington and society in general will come through for them regarding the plans to steal the election? After all, Obama did set the field with his purges of the Federal government. They have nearly all of the societal and government institutions on their side that can aid them in this.

What if the ever nefarious “them” are perfectly willing to play a longer plan in an to de-legitimize Trump’s second term and roust him from office by challenging the legitimacy and constitutionality of this election? 1. mass mail-in voting (where ballots are mailed out to everyone on the voter rolls, no matter if they are dead or not living in the same residence on file) is not the same as going through the process to request an absentee ballot
2. Millions of ballots floating around provides ample opportunity for fraud. The issue isn't that a mailed in ballot is automatically fraudulent (it isn't) but that the voter doesn't have assurance that their vote is delivered and counted as they filled it out. It also provides opportunity for picking up undelivered ballots to those dead and no longer residing where their file says and filling them out by political operatives and having them counted fraudulently.
Do you think Russia or China can't print out fake ballots and have them counted as part of the mail-in initiative?
