Wasn't that long ago American media tried to keep the militarization of the IRS for political purposes secret from the viewing audience.

Dude, they have tons of heavy non nuclear ordinance pointed at Seoul as a deterrent. It's why the military option is a last resort here otherwise we would've invaded them a long time ago.
