He's not going to be starving poor, and he's almost certainly at a point where he has lots of liquid assets, but he's going to be hurting. He had/has eight figures worth of real estate and equity seized. He's also going to find problems liquidating anything he does actually have. He's more or less economically locked into a few countries now, not to mention what it does to his diplomatic standing.
This was all Treasury, FWIW - not a Trump thing. They've been investigating him for five years. It also boxes in Maduro a bit.
