They messed with the wrong kid. Nick Sandmann’s attorney, Lin Wood, has just released a new video about the lawsuits he and Sandmann are filing against CNN and the Washington Post. In the video Lin Wood makes the case that no one’s reputation is safe until they get justice from these media companies that “recklessly spread lies about a minor to advance their financial and political agendas”.

If there is ever a settlement, I hope his lawyer doesn’t agree to a non discourse agreement. I want to know what these dock suckers paid to get him to go away.

Lawsuits against the networks are great, but I want to see individuals held individually accountable for the slander, libel, or whatever the term is.

Yeah, a great way to put this behind b him is to fle a highly publicized lawsuit( (which has a low probability of success) and continue to keep your name in the media.

Do use that same logic for rape or sexual harassment victims?

So do you think the coverage against him was justified?

Why would you want to put this behind you when you can now expose the media the fraud that they are? He should milk them for every penny he can get while making them look stupid.

He's the conservative David Hogg at this point.

Have you finished swallowing David Hogg's load yet?

Individuals should be implicated in the suit. Doubt any lose their job. They were just doing what their owners wanted.
Guess they could be used as skapegoats.

I completely disagree. He's not getting in front of every camera he can find and starting national rallies. His lawyer is doing the work.

It just kills you that people are fighting back against your ilk, doesn't it?
I love this all so much. I hope the kid never has to work a day in his life after feeding off of these liars.

check the requirements of a "free press"....if malice is involved they can be held accountable, and there was definite malice involved....they were given the oportunity to retract and apologize and did not, even after it was all proven to be false...they have major, major problems....you are an imbecile, anyway, so nobody should expect you to understand something like the LAW

The only similarity is that they are teenage males.

Not really. Hogg's just an ugly little turd who can't keep his mouth shut and used his status as an alleged "survivor" of the Parkland shooting to jump to 15 minutes of fame and acceptance to Harvard. Nick Sandmann and his classmates were literally minding their own business until Chief Wild Eagle and the Black Israelites began harassing them, an event that was purposefully falsely reported by the media to fit a narrative.

You should feel bad for this.
In contrast with Hogg, he did not make himself political and AFAIK he is not attempting to foist onto us the opinions that have either been dictated to him or originated from his juvenile brain.
