It may be close but I don’t think we lose the Senate over this.
Provided Trump wins, there is about a 3 seat margin for control. And Alabama’s Senate seat is highly likely to flip back Republican.

She's not a strong candidate, but she would have had a tough election regardless. Mark Kelly is a former astronaut and husband of Gabby Giffords who was shot by the nut job a few years back. He has a lot of cross over appeal and gets a sympathy vote as well.

Ronna McDaniel from the RNCC replied to McSally specifically in an interview I saw the other day. You can go look for it yourself. But, basically the question was the "difficult senate races" where the GOP lost in 2018 and where reports are showing the area is trending blue. She specifically mentioned McSally's loss to Sinema. She said they have the names of 225,000 Trump voters in AZ who did not vote in 2018 at all.McSally lost by 55 thousand or so. So, if she had gotten even 50% of the Trump voters to the polls, she would have won. She said they have this kind of specific data on the "Trump voter" from all these areas that flipped in 2018 and she believes these voters will come out for Trump and also vote for the down ticket races in 2020. Kelly's Chinese government scandal is also getting more press. All that said...yeah, McSally seems to have an enthusiasm issue.
