Anyone have a valid reason why the Russian indictments were announced on Friday?

If you don't think Rosenstein is up to his neck in this shite, just look at the timing of the indictment on Friday of the 12 Russian nationals.
1. It's ridiculous and a waste of time to indict foreign nationals that will never set foot on US soil or our courtrooms.
2. They have known about these foreign nationals for a long time. These indictments could've been announced a month ago, or a month from now. Does anyone believe the timing, just before the US-Russia Summit is a coincidence?
This whole thing was to direct attention away from the Strzok testimony and to cast a negative light on the Summit.

Yes it was carefully timed and judging by the media and the and the left today I would guess it was done for momentum and to crap on his visit with Putin.
But I don't have a problem with indicting foreigners as its like putting a lean for damages on a street bum. No he will probably never pay up but he could win the lotto one day.

Sure, I get that. But that could've been done with no press conference or fanfare. You would think they just caught the FBI's 10 Most Wanted all at once.
