Anyone have a hypothesis on Melania's mysterious whereabouts?

There was a tweet sent from her account claiming she as at home working on some things in the White House.
Understandably some people don't think the tweet is actually from her.
From what I understand there are some conspiracy theories starting to brew about this from the left but I haven't really gone down that rabbit hole yet.
Any ideas?
ETA: The official claim is that she had some sort of kidney surgery on May 14th. That's all anyone really knows.

She had a surgery for health reasons from which she is recovering.
The left is postulating that the surgery was plastic.

Unlike the last two Democrat First Ladies Melania Trump is not an attention whore. The media fawned over every sighting or statement by Mrs. Bill or Mrs. Barack Hussein. With every report on Mrs. Trump's actions the media twists it negatively and always finds a wy to make critical commentary about her or Donald Trump. The media is focused only on presenting negative or questioning stories about the Trumps. Deplorable and despicable media still so butthurt that Trump handed it to them in November 2016.

My guess is she's recovering from her widely reported surgery. Let me know when she denies surgery and is seen being carried into a van.

One of my daughters is a BSN who assists an Interventional Radiologist in these type procedures, she says while the procedure is day surgery, usually minus serious consequences, the medicines used in the treatments can sometimes cause adverse reactions.

Is the OP looking for someone to say she is recovering from a violent domestic abuse attack by her husband? Because if that is what the OP wants, he's not going to get it.
