Wtf is wrong with that woman?
Seriously?
She has this stupid grin/laugh on her face at all times.
Even the lady intervening her was obv a little perplexed and annoyed by it,,, she did ask some pointed questions.
Of course got no answer.
This Harris woman creeps me out a little.

I have a little niece that does the same thing when she gets real nervous or embarrassed about something, she just starts giggling and laughing and never responds. It's a defense mechanism. Kamala did the same thing when asked about her attack on Biden in the primaries. Just laughed and kept smiling and never answered the question.
Also the 60 minutes reporter let her drop that usual Charlottesville racist lie without correcting her. Typical MSM there.

It's called 'Nervous Laugh' and it's something fairly common with females. I've known 2 women that had it. You could ask them anything and they start with a giggle before answering.
