Any stumping by Eddie Rispone?

Outside of the televised debates did he ever get into Baton Rouge and New Orleans outdoors and publicly tell folks what he was going to do? I was surely expecting him to. Which lends me to believe he just wanted to copy Trump as best he could. He didn’t have any message or details or policy. Still in all he was competitive statewide just not in these two major parishes. He was big on social media but you can’t run a political campaign from a phone alone. Just some thoughts.
