There is a mass shooting in this country every 16 hours.

These “hood poppin off” incidents were NEVER called “mass shootings” until like 15 mins ago.

I'm guessing the shooters were from North Charleston.

I really enjoyed my visit there 2-3 months back. So rich in history and hearing all the stories albeit probably embellished slightly for the tourists was good fun.

BBQ there sucks 2000Mules though.

Because it was in the projects, the news doesn't care.

I'm starting to think these hoodrats are doing these kinds of shooting purposely. Give guns a bad name in the hopes of getting them banned and then boom, the price of an illegal gun will go through the roof for these guys to sell. Who knows, it could lower the amount of drugs in this country. No doubt guns would cost a helluva penny to buy in a back alley somewhere as compared to dime bags of whatever.

Don't think so man. Went to the one near the Voque hotel in downtown. Forgot the name. They have a semi-outdoor pation and the owner is from NY which I found funny

No. It is just keeping it real gone wrong. These folks aren't forward thinking. They live off what is happening right at this very moment with no though process of how anything affects anything.

Several fights broke out and two deputies were assaulted during the incident, the report states. One deputy was struck in the face and was treated for facial injuries, while another was knocked to the ground by a member of the crowd and suffered cuts to the head and arm, Knapp said.

The report states Ayesha McGee cursed and verbally berated deputies who were attempting to secure the scene, then attempted to “body slam” the deputy to the ground. Deputies say she was restrained by other officers almost immediately, but the deputy suffered cuts to his head, hand and elbow.

So…. get shot at, then assaulted by the people you’re trying to protect.

Why anyone would want to be a cop anymore is beyond me.

Maybe they should refuse to police the area.

Sounds like the fine citizens of this area of Charleston didn’t appreciate law enforcement coming to their aid.

Like so many similar incidents, this is now labeled a mass shooting, but the details paint a far different picture.
