This one is a head fake counter measure. Biden gets his cronies to "find" a new laptop, the media gets into a frenzy over THIS one (not the real one, per the plan) and then we find it is a real fake one and then Joe can claim they are all part of the eastern Euro /Russian disinformation strategy set up by Trump.
