Made up of all his friends; since he distrusted lifelong bureaucrat/cliquey D.C. types in his regular cabinet after the Petticoat scandal nonsense.
Why should any President trust these losers? Every president from now to the end of time should simply appoint his friends.
Incompetency far outweighs insubordination and treason.

I understand why Trump wanted Giuliani in the Ukraine. When you’re dealing with career bureaucrats and diplomats, there’s always a lot of unnecessary red tape and everything takes forever to get done. Trump likes results.

The Presidential cabinet shouldn’t have any authority - and damned sure shouldn’t be in the line of succession - not a one of them are elected yet they hold some of the most powerful positions in Washington. They should be merely advisors to the President who are prevented from taking any action.
